Refund & Billing Policy

1. Billing
RDEeX subscription fees are billed according to the plan and term you select at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other supported payment methods as indicated during checkout. Transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Upon cancellation, access to the platform will continue until the end of the current paid subscription term.
4. Refunds (Paddle Purchases)
If you purchased your subscription through Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles all refund requests for those purchases. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase, or within 14 days of the most recent renewal.

5. Pricing Changes
RDEeX reserves the right to modify subscription fees and billing terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
